Our Ministries and Parishes : Archdiocese of Christ the Good Shepherd

Currently, the UACC has ministries in five states and inquirers in several more. Although no official geographic boundaries are perceived by the Church, the Archdiocese of the United American Catholic Church is comprised of the fifty United States of America and her dependent territories.

Recently, the UACC celebrated the founding in Mexico of its first Apostolic Vicariate outside of the United States. The Mexican Vicariate has been established to provide spiritual and Episcopal oversight to local clergy and seminarians until such time as it can be established as its own diocese within the UACC.

We have placed our trust in Christ that we as a Church may follow His example and may, in turn, be found worthy keepers of His flock on earth.

I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd lays down his life for the sheep. (John 10:11)

The UACC was placed under the Patronage of Christ the Good Shepherd, Easter of 2006, with the Patronal Feast being celebrated the Fourth Sunday of Easter each year.

Lord, we are Your people,
the sheep of your flock.
Heal the sheep who are wounded,
touch the sheep who are in pain,
clean the sheep who are soiled,
warm the lambs who are cold.
Help us to know God's
love through Jesus the Shepherd
and through the Holy Spirit.
Help us to lift up that love,
and show it all over this land.
Help us to build love on justice
and justice on love.
Help us to believe mightily,
hope joyfully, love divinely.
Renew us that we may
renew the face of the earth.
Amen.
